All the planning is coming together and pretty soon you’ll be saying I do!

Here’s a quick questionnaire which will help as a little bit of prep for the day. It shouldn’t take too long to fill in, but if you have any questions of course just shoot me an email!

The second part of this form is for you to share details of your other vendors, either just their business name or you could include their instagram/website if you know it. I may reach out to some beforehand to plan (for example if you have hired a videographer). Apart from this I may tag these vendors in social media posts and share your gallery with them once you’ve had a look through of course!

(Just let me know within 7 days of receiving your sneak peek if you’d rather I didn’t share your photos with other vendors.)

As for prepping for the big day something to consider (if you are having bridal/groom prep) is to ask a bridesmaid/groomsman to hang the dress/get any details you’d like photographing set to one side so when I arrive I can quickly grab these shots and then get to documenting the rest of the prep/day!

I'd advise to try to keep the list under 15 so we have time for all the shots! In my experience I try to allow 3 minutes per combination as this allows for gathering people who have wandered off which would mean potentially 45 minutes for a list of 15. Of course if you have more time allocated for formals then that’s no problem and of course throughout the day you or anyone else can come grab me for a group photo too! (These are just the really important ones you absolutely don't want to miss getting!)

We've probably already agreed this but just in case anything has changed or you want me to arrive a little earlier/later

Timings

Key timings for the day if you have them (e.g. ceremony time, first dance etc.) - If you have received a timeline from the venue you can email this across instead!)

If you'd like a catch up via zoom then let me know what days/times work best for you below. It may be that you don't feel you need another call which is absolutely fine too!

The purpose of this will be to use across social media. This is captured from a 360 degree action camera so I can give minimal thought to it while focusing on the photography! It's absolutely not a problem if this is something you'd like to opt out of!
