How it Works

2 - Share for an extra entry

Like the competition reel, post it to your story and leave any wedding related comment on the reel for a second entry into the draw (It’s pinned at the top of my instagram profile).

3 - Winner drawn at random

One couple is picked on October 3rd and contacted directly. Full wedding day coverage on the house, no additional purchase needed, all photos included etc.

Who Can Enter?

Open to any couple aged 18+ getting married in 2027 at a venue within 50 miles of Derby (give or take a few miles…)

One entry per couple, plus one bonus entry for social media interaction (as above).

"Win Your Wedding Photography" Prize Draw

  1. The prize. One (1) full day of wedding photography (up to 10 hours), including a minimum of 600 edited digital images delivered via an online gallery, for a wedding taking place between 1 January 2027 and 31 December 2027. Venue within 50 miles of Derby, at the promoters discretion whether to accept a venue beyond this limit. Albums, prints, additional photographer/second shooter and additional hours are not included but may be added at standard rates. No additional purchase required.

  2. Eligibility. Open to UK residents aged 18 or over, getting married at a venue within 50 miles of Derby, on a date not already booked by BA Photography and on a date where BA Photography is available. One standard entry per couple. Employees or family members of BA Photography may not enter. New clients only.

  3. How to enter. Submit your names, wedding date, venue, and email address via the entry form on this page. Entry is free — no purchase necessary. Entries close at 00:01am on 3rd October 2026. Multiple standard entries from the same couple will not be counted. Duplicate entries may be removed before the draw.

  4. Bonus entry. Entrants who like the competition reel and leave a comment on the post before the closing date will receive one additional entry into the draw. Entrants are additionally encouraged, but not required, to repost the video to their Instagram story and tag @baphoto.co.uk for extra visibility. This is optional and does not affect your ability to enter via step 3 alone.

  5. Winner selection. The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries on 3rd October 2026 and contacted by email within 48 hours. If there is no response from the winner within 7 days, we reserve the right to draw a new winner.

  6. Date conflicts. The prize is subject to BA Photography being available on the wedding date. If, following verification, the selected winner's wedding date is unavailable, that entry will be deemed ineligible and another winner will be drawn. If the wedding is cancelled, postponed beyond 31 December 2027, or significantly changed after the prize has been accepted, BA Photography reserves the right to withdraw the prize. Any replacement date is subject to availability.

  7. One winner only. The prize is non-transferable, has no cash alternative, and applies to one wedding only. It cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. If the selected entry is found to be ineligible or the wedding date is unavailable, another eligible entry will be drawn at random. No cash or alternative prize will be offered and the prize is subject to the winner complying with these Terms and Conditions and BA Photography's standard booking contract.

  8. Booking Contract. Before the prize is confirmed, the winning couple must complete and sign BA Photography's standard wedding photography booking contract and any associated booking documentation, which are the same documents required of all clients. Failure to return the signed contract within 14 days of receipt may result in the prize being forfeited and another winner being selected. The contract governs the provision of photography services on the wedding day but does not require any payment for the prize itself.

  9. Winner verification. BA Photography reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and may request reasonable evidence of identity or wedding booking before confirming the prize.

  10. Data use. Details submitted will be used to administer this competition. We may also email you after the competition end date to inform you of the outcome.

  11. Changes. We reserve the right to amend these terms, extend the closing date, or withdraw the competition if circumstances require, and will communicate any material changes on this page.

  12. Not affiliated. This promotion is run independently by BA Photography and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta or any other organisation.
