Best of 2025 - A Year in Wedding Photography

Every year I say it, and every year it rings even truer — I genuinely cannot believe I get to do this job. The 2025 wedding season has been one I'll carry with me for a very long time.

Before I get into words, I want to show you. I've put together a short slideshow of some of my favourite shots from this year — real moments, real people, real emotion. Just life, as it actually happened on your wedding day.

What you've just watched is essentially how I approach every single wedding I shoot. I'm not directing you. I'm not asking you to look at me. I'm just there, quietly, watching — and when something real happens, I'm ready for it. A father wiping his eyes during the vows. The groom catching a glimpse of his bride for the first time? A goat having a munch on a bridal bouquet? That's the stuff.

"I don't want you to remember what your wedding looked like. I want you to remember what it felt like."

That's my whole philosophy in a sentence. Documentary wedding photography isn't about perfection — it's about truth. And the truth is, your wedding day will be wonderfully, gloriously incredible in all the best ways. My job is just to make sure none of it slips by unnoticed.
